The Villages of Alpington and Yelverton can be found south of Norwich just off the A146 (to Lowestoft). There are a number of facilities available in the Villages including the Village Hall, Primary School and Church.

Beetley is a Parish situated 3 miles north of Dereham on the B1145.The Parish has a recreation ground that has a football and cricket pitch plus a play area situated near the White Water river and is trustee or owner of land at Beetley Common and East Bilney which provide walks and areas for viewing wild life.
