Creating Standard Pages
By using ‘our files’, ‘Photo albums’ and ‘Our links’, you can build up a reference library for your visitors to use. You’ll be able to add documents, for example, minutes of meetings, annual reports etc. You can also give your visitors useful links and add photos into an image library.
If you have vacancies within your organisation, or you have something to sell, why not advertise them on the website? Use Job Listings or Classified Adverts to do so.
Find out the opinions of your users by creating discussions and surveys. Choose a topic and throw it open for discussion – or create surveys with a number of questions for your users to answer.
Let people know about forthcoming activities and meetings by creating an events calendar on your site - and flag up items of special interest using the noticeboard feature.

Depending on your requirements, you do not need to add additional pages to your website, but can simply add or change information on these pages. See link
From the Manage your website page, click on the Services and permissions command and a window is displayed. This window contains a list of available pages and permissions. You can use the permissions to determine who has access to the pages for editing and updating information.
Advanced Users: Permissions
The changing of permissions for individual pages should only be undertaken by advanced users.

Services and permissions command
To add a page to your website, you need to activate the page by clicking on the Status button and changing the page status, from Off (meaning the page is not available) to On, (the page is now available).
Note that all the pages are currently in the Off position.
The relevant link is now displayed on the left-side of the window. This allows you to access that page from your homepage.
Note that before adding all the pages, it is best to have worked out a structure of the website and the pages that you require and then activate them one at a time. This allows you to gain familiarity with the website and avoid any confusion that may occur by navigating through many pages.
To add information to these new pages, click on the links on the left-side of the page. Depending on your website requirements, you can add any combination of pages.
Note that after adding a page and entering data, you can still remove the page by changing the status to Off. In this case, the data is retained but is no longer available to users.
To make this information available again to users, change the status back to On.
